We have experience providing clients with guidance on resin system development for hot melt prepreg processing. We conduct first order analysis of the resin suitability, identify potential issues with prepregging or downstream processing, and provide feedback to costumers on how these issues can be addressed. We can also prepare VBO test articles with our in-house processing capabilities.

Apogee currently produces 12" wide material. We can work with your needs to develop materials with various fibers and resin systems. Resin can be distributed in traditional continuous films or through Apogee's proprietary process that enables more rapid gas evaporation.
