Our prepreg format uniquely enables robust vacuum bag only (VBO) processing that yields reliably high-quality products.  Our prepregs can be produced with a variety of fibers and resins.

Our Company

Apogee Composites grew out of research conducted at the University of Southern California, where founders demonstrated that Apogee’s unique prepreg format and processing route can achieve superior part consolidation in out-of-autoclave manufacturing scenarios.

Services and Products

Apogee specializes in woven epoxy prepregs.  A variety of resin formulations are available, including prepregs with extended out-life.  Apogee additionally produces and distributes adhesive films and has an excellent track record of application-specific product development. Apogee also provides tolling and R&D services.
